“Night of Museums” is an annual event marking International Museum Day, held in 42 European countries. Once a year, thousands of museums stay open late, welcoming everyone interested in experiencing them both by day and by night.
On 14 May, the Stalin Line complex will hold its “Night of Museums” for residents and visitors to the Republic of Belarus. At this unusual hour, it will stage a military-historical reenactment of the war in Afghanistan, featuring military-history clubs and military vehicles from the period.
During “Night of Museums”, visitors to the complex can test their knowledge in a history quiz, assemble and disassemble deactivated weapons, and take part in other interactive activities.
Warm weather is forecast for “Night of Museums”, with temperatures of +18 to +20 °C. As rain is possible, we recommend that visitors bring umbrellas, raincoats and waterproof footwear.

Description of the “Operation” Quest
You can step into the role of Red Army soldiers entrusted with an important combat mission: to deliver valuable cargo to the base despite all the challenges along the way. The adventure includes receiving a radio message, shooting at targets with airsoft guns, throwing a grenade, assisting a wounded soldier and many other challenges!

How to Get Here
The Stalin Line Historical and Cultural Complex is located at kilometre 31 of the P28 road (Minsk–Molodechno), 20 km from the Minsk Ring Road.
Visitors without their own transport can take a Minsk–Molodechno shared minibus from the Druzhnaya terminus. Services depart every 20 minutes; passengers paying the full fare can travel to the Stalin Line stop.
Two purpose-built car parks with 800 spaces are available for visitors arriving by car.

Where can I buy a ticket?
Admission tickets are available on the Stalin Line Historical and Cultural Complex website or from the complex ticket offices on the day of the event.
Children aged 6 and under do not require a ticket and may enter the event free of charge when accompanied by an adult. Children aged 7 to 18 require a child admission ticket.
Tickets may be purchased on the website from 11 to 14 May and from the complex ticket offices on the day of the event*: adult ticket, 50,000 roubles; child ticket, 30,000 roubles.
*Please note: Event ticket prices apply from 20:00 on 14 May 2016.
*Standard admission prices for visiting the complex from 10:00 to 20:00 on 14 May 2016 remain unchanged: adult ticket, 100,000 roubles; child ticket, 50,000 roubles.
