‘Granit’ Prefabricated Reinforced-Concrete Structure

This imposing structure is designed to house and protect specialised military equipment. It is assembled from semi-arched sections and flat floor panels. The ends are enclosed by protective metal gates designed to allow the sheltered equipment to enter and leave freely. The ‘Granit’ is equipped with ventilation, heating and air-dehumidification systems, lifting equipment and other facilities for servicing military equipment. The structure is supplied with electricity from external power sources.
LKS-2 Prefabricated Demountable Structure

The LKS-2 prefabricated structure consists of a main compartment and an entrance. Its framework forms the supporting structure. The shell is reinforced at each end with anchoring panels which, once covered with earth, enable it to withstand the loads acting on the ends of the structure. The entrance consists of a hatch with a cover, two rings, a frame and a conical fabric shell. An FVA-50/25 filter-ventilation unit is installed inside to provide protection against chemical agents. The structure is equipped with a work table, communications equipment and electric lighting, while canvas bunks are suspended for resting. The LKS-2 weighs only 170 kg.
SPM-1 Metal Machine-Gun Emplacement

The SPM-1 metal two-embrasure machine-gun emplacement consists of a metal enclosure, a base and an entrance, constructed using timber, rubble stone or sandbags. The SPM comprises two side panels, two inserts, two embrasure plates with shutters, two embrasure boxes and a template frame. One set of components for a two-embrasure metal enclosure can be assembled into two single-embrasure enclosures.
