On 25 February 2017, the complex hosted events marking Defender of the Fatherland Day.
Our visitors could take part in Ready for Labour and Defence (GTO) competitions, with the winners receiving a free tank ride. There was also a photo area where anyone could pose free of charge in front of a festive banner while holding a weapon.
The programme included the première of the feature film Red Dog, about the Great Patriotic War, as well as two military-historical reenactments.

At 13:00, a military-historical reenactment of the Battle of Moscow in late 1941 began.
The reenactment featured the première presentation of a StuG III Ausf. B self-propelled assault gun and an extremely rare 20 mm St5-106 automatic gun, restored by our specialists from Zaslavl.
At 15:00, a historical reenactment set during the Soviet–Afghan War began, depicting the uprising of Soviet prisoners of war at the Badaber camp in Pakistan.
