Museum Night was held at Stalin Line on 18 May 2019.
At 21:00, a reenactment of a night battle from the Soviet–Afghan War began, commemorating the forgotten feat of Soviet military pipeline troops.
From early morning, several free photo zones were open throughout the complex, where visitors could have their photograph taken holding a weapon or inside a battle tank.
In the afternoon, a free competitive Ready for Labour and Defence (GTO) activity area opened, with commemorative prizes awarded to the winners.
On this day, a group of visitors from Lithuania came to the complex. In keeping with the tradition of hospitality, we welcomed them with the Lithuanian flag. They rode on a tank with the flag, explored the complex and fired Soviet weapons. After the German tank had been knocked out, the Lithuanian flag was raised on the Stalin Line flagpole.
And our wonderful young women were the true highlight of the day.
