On 2 August, our complex welcomed Soviet internationalist veterans from Estonia who had attended a gathering of Afghan War veterans in Gomel.
After visiting Stalin Line, the guests travelled to a gathering in Lithuania. For a commemorative photograph, the complex administration provided them with the flags of the Soviet Union, the Airborne Forces and Estonia. Before leaving, the guests raised their republic’s flag at the complex.
