Dear visitors from Austria, when you are in Belarus, be sure to visit the Stalin Line museum.
This is the only museum in the world where you will be welcomed with the Austrian flag! You can have your photograph taken with it free of charge and then raise the Austrian flag on the Stalin Line flagpole.
Only at this museum can you ride in a tank flying the Austrian flag. A Stalin Line photographer will take photographs of you free of charge and send them to you by email.
The museum grounds contain original concrete bunkers of the Stalin Line, built between 1928 and 1939. One bunker is armed with guns and the other with machine guns.
There is an extensive collection of Soviet military vehicles and military engineering equipment.
At Stalin Line, you can fire weapons and even knock out a German tank using a Soviet tank or gun!
There is an armoured train and two hangars housing Soviet and German military vehicles from the Second World War! Visitors may enter the train and tanks only with the guide's permission during a special guided tour.
You can fire at German tanks from the armoured train. You will put on Soviet overalls and a tank crew helmet over your own clothes. You will be shown how to fire the 107 mm gun and Maxim machine guns. You will aim the gun at the target and fire it yourself. Afterwards, you will enjoy soldiers' porridge with tea and have a souvenir photograph taken with a 107 mm shell.
To arrange this, you must call Stalin Line one day before your visit and notify the management.
