The ceremony took place in the assembly hall of the capital’s traffic police.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Stalin Line Historical and Cultural Complex, the Soldiers of Victory club and the DOSAAF Minsk Aeroclub, as well as serving officers and veterans of the capital’s police force. Before the event began, the attendees were shown a video of the reenactment.
Colonel of Police Dmitry Khotko, Head of the Personnel Department, thanked those present for their active involvement in preparing and holding the military-patriotic festival.
— It was your combined contribution that made the celebration so vibrant, large-scale and memorable, and the reenactment truly realistic, — said Dmitry Vasilyevich.
At the end of the event, the organisers and festival participants were presented with awards.
