Tankers’ Day at Stalin Line, 11 September

Tankers’ Day celebrations began at Stalin Line on 11 September.

 
Visitors enjoyed a concert, a special photo area and a Ready for Labour and Defence (GTO) competition, with the winners receiving a free tank ride!
 
Children could have fun in the playground or tackle the obstacle course.
 
At 14:00, a spectacular reenactment of a Great Patriotic War battle began.
 
After the reenactment, visitors could take rides in a PT-76 tank and a BMP-1 infantry fighting vehicle, as well as flights in Mi-2 helicopters.
