The Independent Assistance for Children International Charitable Association, together with the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates, held a charity event marking Victory Day at the complex for 100 orphans.
Guide Mikhail Rasulevich Farkhutdinov led a guided tour, and the children received gifts and explored the Historical and Cultural Complex.
