
On 3 July 2026, the Stalin Line Historical and Cultural Complex will host the 20th Bagration Festival, supported by the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus and dedicated to the country’s principal national holiday — Independence Day (3 July).
As 3 July, the day Minsk was liberated, forms the basis of Belarus’s principal national holiday, Independence Day, visitors can look forward to a packed festive programme featuring guided tours and interactive zones, a dog-handling demonstration, a concert programme and a free Ready for Labour and Defence (GTO) competition area, where the winners will receive a tank ride and commemorative prizes.
The culmination of the celebrations will be a large-scale military-historical reenactment dedicated to five courageous artillerymen awarded the Gold Star of Hero of the Soviet Union for the battle near Uzlyany: Guards Captain A. K. Leontik, Guards Sergeants D. L. Chepusov, Ye. G. Kurochkin and A. G. Chernyak, and Guards Junior Sergeant V. F. Tokarev.
Dear visitors! To avoid congestion at the entrance to the complex, please purchase your tickets online and arrive 2–3 hours before the reenactment begins! Visitors with electronic tickets may park cars and minibuses FREE OF CHARGE, subject to availability!!!
On 3 July, bus route No. 948E, “Minsk — Stalin Line”, will operate for event visitors from 08:45 to 17:30.
A single bus fare ranges from 1 to 4.91 BYN, depending on the boarding and alighting stops. Children under 7 travel free of charge. Buses will run continuously along the following route: Kuntsevshchina Bus Station – Kamennaya Gorka Metro Station – Zhdanovichi Station – Stalin Line Historical and Cultural Complex.
Among all tickets purchased through the website, 10 tank ride certificates will be awarded in a prize draw. All tickets purchased before 20:00 on 2 July will be entered into the prize draw. The results, including the winning ticket numbers, will be posted on the VKontakte and Instagram social media accounts after 20:00 on 2 July. Each winner will receive a tank ride certificate by e-mail, sent to the address provided when purchasing the ticket.
