Spanish Visitors at Stalin Line

Visitors from Spain are frequent guests at the Stalin Line Historical and Cultural Complex.

They not only take a keen interest in the Soviet period of our country’s history, but are also happy to pay an additional fee to visit the operational military vehicle display and even ride in tanks. The Spanish were the first Europeans who, despite the considerable price, wanted to ride in the Soviet Army’s post-war T-55 main battle tank. Some of the visitors are graduates of the Pushkin Institute of Russian Language in Barcelona, which opened in the Catalan capital in 1992.
