On 3 January 2019, the Stalin Line Historical and Cultural Complex welcomed José Boggiano, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Venezuela to the Republic of Belarus.
The visit was unofficial – the Ambassador came to the complex with his family for a day out. His wife said that this was their fourth visit to Stalin Line, but their first in winter. Their son serves in the military, while their daughter is studying to become a vet. They promised to return in the summer to visit the operational military vehicle display and see the Armoured Train.
