On 1 October 2023, construction of a mobile chassis for the StuG III Ausf. B replica was completed at Stalin Line.
The engine, transmission and controls were taken from a Soviet Senior Battery Officer tracked combat vehicle (SOB); the road wheels came from a BTR-D, while the drive sprockets and idler wheels were manufactured by our craftsmen.

A replica superstructure for this self-propelled gun was completed in February 2017 and fitted with an original short-barrelled German 75 mm StuK 37 L/24 gun, together with newly manufactured elevation and traverse mechanisms.
