On 15 June, Stalin Line hosted an Afghan War battle reenactment and a competition for BMP-1 crews.
At the complex, visitors could not only see reenactors portraying the Afghan War and the Great Patriotic War, but also have their photographs taken with them. This proved particularly popular with women from the Rivne Region who now live in southern Belarus.
At 14:00, the Afghan War battle reenactment began.
After the reenactment, BMP-1 crews competed in driving skill, speed over the course, negotiating obstacles, and embarking and disembarking troops who then engaged the Mujahideen.
After the competition, the crews received their awards and were congratulated by their commanders, the event organisers and family members attending the complex.
