First World War Reenactment

On 28 April, a reenactment of events from the First World War took place at the Belarusian State Museum of Folk Architecture and Rural Life near the village of Strochitsa. 
 
 
Among the participating clubs were reenactors from the Soldiers of Victory club at the Stalin Line Historical and Cultural Complex.
Before the reenactment began, visitors could explore an interactive exhibition and a display depicting the everyday life of soldiers from the Imperial Russian and German armies, set up in the field camp.
 
 
The reenactment of events from the First World War then began as the Russian Army advanced from the field camp into the village.
