On 23 March, Stalin Line Historical and Cultural Complex hosted “The Forgotten Chapter”, a First World War battle reenactment dedicated to the little-known operations of army partisan detachments.
A free Ready for Labour and Defence (GTO) activity area was available to visitors, with winners receiving commemorative gifts and a free tank ride.
While waiting for the reenactment, visitors could have their photograph taken free of charge by the banner or with the flags of their countries, provided by the complex administration. Some rode ponies, others knocked out a German tank with a 45 mm gun, while others simply walked around the complex and viewed its many exhibits.
At 14:00, “The Forgotten Chapter” First World War battle reenactment began.
