On 13 June 2026, the Stalin Line Historical and Cultural Complex will host an Afghan War reenactment and a BMP demonstration run. The battle reenactment commemorates the heroism of Alexander Demakov, who was posthumously awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union.
In addition to the main event programme, several interactive zones will be open to visitors. Everyone can test their skills in a history quiz, airgun shooting, weapon assembly and disassembly, and other workshops. The most active participants in the Ready for Labour and Defence (GTO) zone will receive certificates, commemorative souvenirs and the grand prize — a tank ride!
Dear visitors! To avoid traffic congestion when entering the complex, please purchase your tickets online and arrive 3–4 hours before the reenactment begins.
Among all tickets purchased through the website, 30 certificates for tank rides will be given away. All tickets purchased before 20:00 on 12 June will be entered into the prize draw. The results, including the winning ticket numbers, will be posted on Instagram after 20:00 on 12 June, and each winner will receive a tank ride certificate at the email address provided when purchasing the ticket.
